Düsseldorf and Kayseri, TR – January 13, 2021 – D.med and Inspramed, located in Kayseri (Turkey), entered into an agreement under which D.med acquired 100 percent of the shares of Inspramed. Inspramed was founded in 2013 and has since then established itself as a quality-focused manufacturer of dialysis consumables producing acid/basic concentrates, bicarbonate cartridges/bags and disinfectants suitable for all common dialysis machines. From its headquarters in Kayseri the company serves customers in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. The acquisition demonstrates D.med’s ability to think dialysis from a 360°-perspective and will strengthen D.med’s sales and distribution business combining and integrating the existing sales network and Inspramed’s customer base. “With the take-over of Inspramed, we invest in a successful company with a proven track record, a significant potential for future growth, and a lot of synergies with our existing business.
